Cemetery Regulations and Fees

The Parish Cemetery in Urchfont is owned and managed by Urchfont Parish Council. More details can be seen by clicking on the appropriate document below:

Arrangements for funerals are normally undertaken by Funeral Director's who will seek approval from the Parish Council, submit fees and provide appropriate burial documentation before an interment can take place. Approval also has to be sought from the Parish Council for the erection and/or amendment of memorials and tablets.

Parish Council approval for interments / memorials and any further information about the Cemetery is to be sought from the Clerk to the Council.

If you wish to reserve an earthen or cremation plot, please contact the Clerk in writing or by email for arrangements to be made.
